Oleochemicals & industrial derivatives

Surfactants & Emulsifiers (SLES, SLS, MES, betaines)

Cleaning and foaming power, palm-derived

Beaker of foaming surfactant paste beside white surfactant needles

Product Overview

Surfactants are made by chemically modifying palm-derived fatty alcohols and methyl esters — for example sulphating fatty alcohols into alkyl sulphates (SLS), ethoxylating then sulphating them into ether sulphates (SLES), or sulphonating methyl esters into MES. They lower surface tension to clean, foam, wet and emulsify.

Applications & Uses

Laundry and dishwashing detergents, shampoos and body washes, personal care, industrial and institutional cleaners, agrochemical and textile processing.
