Product Overview

A non-lauric fat made from fractionated and partially hydrogenated non-lauric oils such as palm and soybean. Its triglycerides differ from cocoa butter but it tolerates a moderate proportion of cocoa butter, and like CBS it does not require tempering.

Applications & Uses

Compound coatings and chocolate that contain some cocoa solids, coatings for baked goods and ice cream.
